Vaccination centres open in the Netherlands with ECdrive sliding door systems

The vaccination campaign to combat the COVID-19 pandemic is being pushed on a global scale, with each country pursuing its own approach to vaccinating the population. New vaccination centres have been set up in the Netherlands at breathtaking speed and we are proud that our accessible sliding door solutions are making a significant contribution to this fast deployment.

Safe and accessible entry to vaccination centres with GEZE ECdrive

Many of the new vaccination centres have been set up in fixed marquees. The Dutch company Intertent is working together with the Belgian metal company PT Metaal to develop these vaccination tents. GEZE Benelux was asked to develop accessible, safe and hygienic access solutions for the vaccination sites. The tender invitation involved implementing a test setup at very short notice, and, thanks to our ECdrive T2 sliding door systems, we were able to quickly offer a suitable solution. The test setup was approved and we are now a permanent partner in the implementation of the vaccination tents, providing support with installation and maintenance.
